Flood Construction Level (FCL) layer:
i. Flood Construction Levels are reported in geodetic elevations to CGVD28.
i. Flood information presented does not include all possible flood hazards. Users should refer to the District’s Integrated Flood Hazard Management Plan and Floodplain Bylaw for information on the scope and limitations of flood mapping.
<div style='text-align:Left;'><p style='margin:0 0 0 0;'><span style='font-weight:bold;'><span>FLOOD CONSTRUCTION LEVEL (FCL) </span></span><span>means the required elevation of the underside of a wooden floor system or top of </span><span><span>Pad </span></span><span><span>to be used for </span></span><span><span>Habitable Areas </span></span><span><span>as specified in Section 4.1 of this Bylaw</span></span><span><span>. </span></span><span><span>In the case of a </span></span><span>mobile</span><span style='font-style:italic;'> </span><span><span>home, </span></span><span style='font-style:italic;'><span>FCL </span></span><span><span>means the ground level or top of </span></span><span style='font-style:italic;'><span>Pad </span></span><span><span>on which the </span></span><span style='font-style:italic;'><span>mobile home </span></span><span>is located.</span></p></div>
